Event Site Amenities
Venue
ART Williamsburg offers two unique rooftop venues: the expansive Rooftop Pool & Garden, which spans 10,000 square feet and accommodates up to 500 guests standing, and the more intimate Water Tower Bar, with 960 square feet and capacity for up to 70 guests. Both spaces are available for private buyouts and come with built-in lounge-style furniture—note that furniture in the Water Tower Bar is fixed and cannot be removed. Each space is accessible via elevator, with nearby parking options, making it easy for guests to arrive and settle in.
Food & Beverage
Catering and beverage service is fully customizable, with curated banquet menus and a variety of flexible options. Full-service bar packages and staffing are included, with minimums that vary depending on time of day and venue. Whether you're planning a daytime garden party or an evening cocktail affair, our F&B team is ready to bring your vision to life.
AV
Wi-Fi access is available throughout the venues, and custom AV setups can be arranged to suit your event’s needs. Coordination with outside vendors is also available to support more complex productions.
Other Amenities
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, on-site event coordination is included with every booking. Restroom facilities are conveniently located on-site, and hotel room blocks are available for guests traveling in or staying overnight. Event durations typically range from three to six hours, with options to extend as needed.
